We do not claim ownership of your User Content, but you grant us certain licenses as described below.

4.2 License to Use User Content

By submitting User Content, you grant inputrakyat.co.id LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any media or format, for any purpose related to the Service, including promotional and marketing activities. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.

4.3 Content Guidelines and Restrictions

You agree not to submit User Content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
  • Contains hate speech, discrimination, or promotes violence
  • Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary right

4.4 Removal of Content

We may remove content that violates these Terms, is reported by users, or is otherwise objectionable. 5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership of Service Content

All content, materials, and features available on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the property of inputrakyat.co.id LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Trademarks and Copyrights

“review.inputrakyat.co.id,” the review.inputrakyat.co.id logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of inputrakyat.co.id LLC or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Service are the trademarks of their respective owners.

5.3 License to Use Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any Service content
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our consent
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the Service

5.4 Restrictions on Use

6. Payments and Billing

Currently, the Service is offered free of charge. However, we reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or services in the future. If we implement any paid offerings, we will provide clear pricing information and obtain your consent before charging any fees. All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Payment Terms

If you choose to purchase any paid features, you agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes at the time of purchase. Payment must be made using a valid payment method accepted by us. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions, and your payment information will be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

6.3 Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a technical error or other issue, please contact us at contact@review.inputrakyat.co.id within 30 days of the purchase. We will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may require proof of the issue.

6.4 Subscription Terms

If we offer subscription-based services, the subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be provided for partial periods.

7. Termination

7.1 Grounds for Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Engaging in illegal or fraudulent activity
  • Creating a risk of liability for us or other users
  • Non-payment of fees (if applicable)
  • Request by law enforcement or government agency
  • Extended period of inactivity

7.2 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account, User Content, and any associated data without obligation to maintain or provide copies. You are not entitled to any compensation for termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

7.3 Survival of Provisions

Sections 4 (User Content), 5 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Dispute Resolution), and 11 (Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

8.1 Service Provided “As Is”

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INPUTRAKYAT.CO.ID LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 No Guarantees of Availability

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or other disruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

8.3 No Professional Advice

Content on the Service, including reviews and editorial articles, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice (e.g., legal, financial, medical). You should consult qualified professionals for advice tailored to your specific situation. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Exclusion of Certain Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INPUTRAKYAT.CO.ID LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9.2 Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

9.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless inputrakyat.co.id LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

10.2 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in San Francisco, California, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND INPUTRAKYAT.CO.ID LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims or preside over any class proceeding.

10.4 Venue and Jurisdiction

If the arbitration agreement is found to be unenforceable, any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.
